I can't see how people actually live here. The roads are barely usable, trashy lots, mobile homes that are quite literally falling apart. I understand you get what you pay for and this place is very cheap to rent but the place is falling apart. In defense yes this is an older park with older trailers. My other half has been here for over a year myself for almost a year. We have no problem with the landlord OR the maintenance man. When we tell him something is wrong he gets it done right away.

People try to break into your house by tampering with your locks and maintenance replaces it with an improper fitting lock. The handle is lose and it gets tampered with again. The stove continuously goes out because it's older than we are and instead of properly fixing it or replacing it well we're just without a burner. Parts of the floor sag everyone's houses are infested with roaches ants and mice.
